As hospital based Occupational Therapists, we were dissatisfied with the standard of care patients received post-hospitalization, acknowledging that these resilient individuals deserved more than just a medical discharge. Fueled by a burning passion to make a real impact, we collectively established Be Home Healthcare. Our belief was simple but profound: true healing extends beyond hospital walls. Our mission was clear - modifying our patient's home environments to meet their needs.
